This means you can keep the item and still receive your refund. We use the information you provide to improve our products and services. This must be done within the 14-day window.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, you will be asked to attach a photo in your e-mailed request so we can address the issue immediately without any additional resources expended on your end.
